system using the Username and Password provided to you by ISI. After you
are logged in, you have the option of ordering a new Loss Control or
Premium Audit request, view and request statuses, as well as retrieve
completed reports.
If you
have an existing file or batch files that contain the request you may use
our easy
"e-request"
option to send them to us.
You can download
a request form to
print out and fax back or mail directly to our office.
